Due to hygienic reasons and the 'made to order' nature of our products (Our products are made in small, fresh batches here in Canada), Nickel City Beard Blends does not offer refunds and/or exchanges once payment has been made. We take pride in all of our products. We produce and package all of our shipments meticulously to ensure our customers receive only the highest quality and freshness with our products. However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product(s). You will then be asked to provide us a copy of your receipt and proof via photos of the damaged item(s).
Nickel City Beard Blends will then conduct a thorough investigation of the damaged item(s). If approved, we will issue a re-shipment of an identical replacement item to you (Standard Shipping ONLY). Please note that Nickel City Beard Blends reserves the right to refuse and/or deny your request. Thank you for your understanding.
